Change to Middle Management Career Level Certification Training Requirements – Effective January 1, 2023, the mandated course required to obtain Middle Management Career Level Certification will become the 21^st Century Police Leadership (21CPL) course. Those requiring Middle Management Certification will need to complete this three-week course, serve 12 months in their promoted rank then submit their application for certification.
