1989 The 4-day course begins with the participants successfully completing the 2-day corrections workshop which is followed by an additional 2 days of instructor development and practice specific to the Blue Courage curriculum.  Successful completion of this course will allow the attendee to teach WSCJTC sanctioned Blue Courage 2-day workshops to either corrections or law enforcement audiences. $600
1988 Blue Courage: The Heart and Mind of the Guardian is an education process designed to ensure the development of a highly evolved corrections officer who is prepared at any moment to reflect the best of what public service demands. It is designed to forge a culture of leadership, character and service in the spirit of what democratic policing promises its citizenry. It is a process aimed at developing the right: Heartset, Mindset, Skillset and Toolset, enabling officers to meet the demands of modern policing.  The 2-day workshop will take attendees through 9 separate modules that ranging from Foundations, through nobility of public service, positive psychology, health and wellness and finally Our Legacy.  Successful completion of a Blue Courage 2-day workshop is a requirement for the WSCJTC Instructor Development Program. $70
