This Track I course will deepen a student’s understanding of leadership, followership, and self to improve their work and personal relationships with others. Information and skills developed in this course will assist students in gaining a broader perspective of the law enforcement profession, the personalities that exist in it, teams, culture, history, followership responsibilities, and leadership from wherever they’re at within the police organization.
